Slovene Delegation to Attend CEFTA Investment Conference in New York

Ljubljana, 4 May - INVESTMENT/CONFERENCE/SLOVENIA
A slovene delegation to attend a two-day Central European Free Trade Agreement conference on promoting investments left Slovenia on Sunday morning. The delegation will be led by Prime Minister Janez Drnovšek who travelled to the United States already on Friday. Ministers of economics from CEFTA member nations except Rumania, and about 250 representatives of major U.S. enterprises will attend the conference, starting Monday, whose main goal is to attract investments by American enterprises to CEFTA countries.
