Janša says those mostly in power after 1991 to blame for army's state

Ljubljana, 15 May - PM Janez Janša congratulated the members of the Slovenian Armed Forces (SAF) on the occasion of Slovenian Army Day on Friday, while also expressing gratitude to those who served in the formations preceding SAF for their courage and sacrifice. He moreover said politics was to blame for the army's continuing problems.
