Threat to EU comes from national leaders, Večer says

Maribor, 26 May - Populists and extremists did not make it to the European Parliament en masse at the 2019 elections, so a threat to the EU is now not coming from MEPs but from national leaders, the newspaper Večer says on Tuesday in reference to Slovenian Prime Minister Janez Janša criticising the EU during the coronavirus pandemic.
