Former AKOS boss Simonič acquitted in Tušmobil trial

Ljubljana, 5 June - Tomaž Simonič, former director of the Agency for Communication Networks and Services (AKOS), has been acquitted of charges of abuse of office by the Ljubljana District Court in a Tušmobil bribery trial, reported the newspaper Delo on Friday. The prosecution has already appealed the not guilty verdict.
