The camp, which is to be expanded in the future to be able to accommodate around 700 guests, currently provides about 100 pitches for camping and 26 mobile houses.

Special features include a large heated pool as well as the possibility of private bathrooms, which has proven particularly helpful in the face of the epidemic.

The project, estimated at EUR 5 million, is a joint venture by two families, who do not regret it despite the unlucky first year. They say reservations are arriving in encouraging numbers for July and August, mostly from Germany and the Netherlands, while Slovenians will also be able to use the tourism vouchers provided by the government.

Although the popular Ĺ obec camp is located nearby, the investors are not afraid for the River Camping Bled's future, pointing out that campsites in Slovenia were booked out for the summer as early as May in recent years.
