Slovenia to urge rapid agreement as EU leaders discuss recovery package

Brussels, 19 June - Slovenia is expected to urge EU countries to reach agreement quickly on the recently proposed post-pandemic recovery package, as EU leaders, including Slovenian Prime Minister Janez Janša, hold a virtual summit on Thursday dedicated to the recovery plan and the requisite adjustments of the bloc's financial framework.
