Hundreds walk in solidarity for refugees

Ljubljana, 29 June - More than 500 people participated in solidarity walks between 20 and 27 July expressing compassion with refugees and others forced to leave their homes. Organised by the Slovenian Caritas, the campaign logged 7,096 kilometres, considerably exceeding the 2,810-kilometre distance between the capitals of Syria and Slovenia.
