Anti-smoking Law Taking Effect Sunday

The anti-smoking law, taking effect Sunday, is banning smoking from all the public places except from places that are specially marked and separated from the non-smoking ones. The owner, manager or tenant has to make sure that not more than half of a public place is designed for smokers. Six months after the law limiting the use of tobacco products was adopted, it fully took effect Sunday restricting smoking also in pubs, restaurants and hotels, while obliging producers and importers to furnish a pack of cigarettes with a label containg the information about nicotine and tar.
