Večer urges systemic solutions for care homes

Maribor, 4 August - Staff shortages and poor infrastructure do not justify improvised government strategies to address care home struggles in the light of coronavirus infections, says the newspaper Večer on Tuesday, calling for systemic and sustainable solutions before the second Covid-19 wave.
