Koper, 27 August - As the number of new coronavirus infections is rising fast, it is difficult to argue against the newly imposed restrictions, especially regarding travelling abroad, but the question how people are affected by them and whether everyone is treated equally remains, the newspaper Primorske Novice argues on Thursday.
