Slovenia's economy slumps by 13% in Q2

Ljubljana, 31 August - Slovenia's economy contracted at an annual rate of 13% in the second quarter of the year in real terms, fresh data from the Statistics Office show. Adjusted for season and working days, the GDP shrunk by 12.9% year-on-year and by 9.6% compared with the first quarter for a 7.9% contraction in the first half of the year.
