Court: Referendum Question on Forests Unconstitutional in Certain Parts

Slovenia's Constitutional Court ruled that certain parts of the referendum question on restitution of forests, proposed by the United List of Social Democrats (ZLSD), were unconstitutional. The Constitutional Court reached its decision last Friday, but published it on Wednesday.
