Delo says practical adjustments were not secured ahead of second wave

Ljubljana, 21 October - Delo's front-page commentary on Wednesday claims that the government has failed to use the lessons of the spring wave of coronavirus to teach people how to live with the virus. Expert services should have envisaged possible scenarios during the summer and set up protocols in all areas of life.
