Paper says health minister should take responsibility

Koper, 22 October - The newspaper Primorske Novice says in Thursday's commentary that the government seems to have been caught off guard by the second wave of coronavirus, which everyone anticipated, or at least by its gravity. As veteran politician and doctor, Health Minister Tomaž Gantar should have taken at least some responsibility, it says.
