Ljubljana, 23 October - Urging responsible behaviour, Primorske novice notes in Friday's commentary that Slovenia is entering the autumn lockdown in different circumstances than in the spring, when the infection rate was relatively low, when people still had doubts about the virus that were reflected in irresponsible behaviour during the summer and beyond.
