Slovenia's case against Croatia over LB bank ruled inadmissible

Strasbourg, 16 December - The Grand Chamber of the European Court of Human Rights has ruled that it does not have jurisdiction to hear a case brought by Slovenia against Croatia over debt owed to Ljubljanska Banka (LB) by Croatian companies, because LB lacks non-governmental status.
