International Committee of Red Cross Visits Slovenia

Ljubljana, 4 July - RKS/ICRC
Representatives of the International Committee of Red Cross (ICRC) are paying a two-day visit to Slovenia. Head of the ICRC delegation for Central and Eastern Europe, Francis Stamm, and Paul Muggleton, in charge of educational programmes in the armed forces visited the Slovene Defence Ministry where they met with State Secretary for defence Teodor Geršak and the general staff of Slovene Army. Seminars to be organized for Slovene officers that will teach in the framework of educational programmes focussing upon international humanitarian law and military law were chiefly discussed, the Red Cross of Slovenia (RKS) reported.
