Business Optimism in Industry and Trade Flagging
Ljubljana, 11 July - SLOVENIA/BUSINESS/EXPECTATIONS
June surveys about business expectations in Slovenian enterprises have shown that business optimism has been abating and prospects for more positive economic trends have shrunk again. Business climate in industry and trade suggests slower economic activity and that the originally expected four-percent economic growth at the moment appears hard to realize. The Chamber of Economy's Economic Outlook and Policy Service has also detected a considerable cooling down of business expectations in industry and trade for the next three- and six-month periods.
