Slovene Parliament about Constitutional Changes
Ljubljana, 14 July - Slovene parliament started Monday an emergency session with only one issue on the agenda - the constitutional bill on the changing of article 68 of Slovene constitution. The article about the right of foreigners to possess immovables in Slovenia must be changed if Slovenia is to ratify the Europe Agreement.
