Paper: TEŠ6 trial can go ahead as recusal request turned down

Celje, 7 June - The TEŠ6 corruption trial can go ahead after it was suspended before the first hearings were to start on 21 May, as the main defendant's defence lawyer's request for recusal of presiding judge Mojca Turinek has not been granted, the newspaper Večer reported on Monday.
