Play inspired by Ivan Cankar's Serfs to premiere at SMG
Ljubljana, 29 June - A play based on Ivan Cankar's satirical drama The Serfs will open at the Mladinsko theatre (SMG) in Ljubljana on Tuesday. Putting a modern spin on the work by one of the most acclaimed Slovenian authors is renowned Polish director Maja Kleczewska, who delivered an outsider's perspective on the Slovenian classic.
