Weekly Review of Slovene Economy from 27 July to 2 August

Ljubljana, 2 August - The 1997 draft budget, adopted by the government on Monday, projects the revenues of SIT 710 billion and expenditures in the amount of SIT 737 billion and 900 million. The budget deficit is expected to amount to SIT 27 billion and 874 million accounting for 0.9 percent of the Gross Domestic Product (GDP).
