EU court rules on working time of soldiers

Ljubljana, 15 July - The EU Court of Justice has decided that the time a soldier spends at his working place or at a certain location even if not strictly working is treated as working hours under an EU directive, except in exceptional cases, a Slovenian trade union said on Thursday, as the ruling was made on the basis of a Slovenian case.
