Over 50 Million People Enter Slovenia in First Half-Year
Ljubljana, 7 August - There were 51.2 million persons who entered Slovenia in the first half of 1997, crossing its borders by land, air and sea. The number of people arriving to the country this year is by 10 percent higher than that from the same period last year, the National Office of Statistic reports. The majority (97.1 percent) of the passengers reached Slovenia by roads.
