Finance concerned by the use of EU funds for recovery

Ljubljana, 4 August - The newspaper Finance is sceptical in Wednesday's commentary about the efficiency of EU funds that Slovenia will receive from the recovery and resilience facility. Unless the money is accompanied by systemic changes, there are good chances it will be left unused or end up being invested in some random projects, the paper implies.
