New Concessionaires to Provide GSM Mobile Telephony Service in Slovenia

Ljubljana, 17 August - TELECOMMUNICATIONS/GSM/CONCESSIONS
A decree is to take effect at the end of next week stipulating the conditions under which concessions for a radio-frequency spectrum designed for the GSM mobile telephony service can be granted. 90 days after the act has taken effect, or on 11 November at the latest, the government is obliged to issue a public competition for tenders.
