Dnevnik: Latest regulation on Covid restrictions illogical

Ljubljana, 8 September - Dnevnik accuses the government in Wednesday's commentary of failing to properly inform the people of what exactly the regulation which expands the use of the recovered-tested-vaccinated rule means in practice, and of botching the restrictions overall.
