Delo: Cycle Diplomacy

Ljubljana, 18 August - With the spring and summer NATO and EU cycles of Slovene foreign policy efforts behind, a new cycle is apparently starting called the UN Security Council membership, daily Delo writes on Monday commenting Slovenia's bid for a non-permanent seat in the Security Council.
