Strasbourg, 14 September - The European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) will announce its judgement in the case of the 2013 bank bailout in Slovenia, as it has deliberated on whether shareholders and junior bondholders who were wiped out had enjoyed sufficient legal safeguards.
