Primorske doubts enforcement of PCT rule will produce results

Koper, 14 September - Primorske Novice wonders in a commentary whether the enforcement of the vaccinated-recovered-tested (PCT) rule for employees and users of services in nearly all sectors as an attempt to increase the vaccination rate will be successful, as all the previous ones have failed. The newspaper thinks that the quality of life will be worse as of Wednesday.
