Delo says govt should encourage, not scare people

Ljubljana, 15 September - Slovenian authorities often do not understand that various measures or restrictions must be realistic, the newspaper Delo says in the front-page commentary on Wednesdays, the day when the anti-coronavirus PCT rule has become practically universal in the country.
