Paper says riots in Ljubljana are valuable gift to govt

Koper, 17 September - The newspaper Primorske Novice says in Friday's commentary that the rally against the Covid pass mandate in the Ljubljana city centre, which was kidnapped by rioters, was a gift to the government, as it gave it mandate for measures targeting protesters.
