Delo says ruling with decrees is dangerous

Ljubljana, 20 September - The government's ruling through decrees is walking on the edge of what is legal and constitutional, the newspaper Delo argues in Monday's front-page commentary. The government is criticising citizens for not taking its advice and following instructions, while at the same time it ignores the rules as well.
