Velenje hopes coal phaseout laws passed by year's end

Velenje, 22 September - The north-eastern Savinja-Šalek region has major concerns as well as big hopes as it prepares to phase out coal and restructure with the help of EU funds, an international conference has shown. The laws that will create the legal basis to obtain the funds are expected to be passed by the end of the year.
