Weekly rise in new coronavirus cases continues, positivity rate at 49%

Ljubljana, 16 November - Over 49% of PCR tests performed in Slovenia on Monday returned positive, as 3,763 new coronavirus were confirmed in what is a week-on-week increase of 419 cases. The National Institute of Public Health (NIJZ) estimates there are now 45,434 active infections in the country. Five Covid-19 patients have died, the government said.
