PC rule for state administration quashed by top court

Ljubljana, 6 December - The Constitutional Court has found the government's regulation under which state administration employees would have to be immunised against Covid-19 either through recovery or vaccination (PC) to come to work in contravention with the constitution after the court stayed the regulation in late September.
