Constitutional Court annuls "forced" retirement provisions

Ljubljana, 17 December - The Constitutional Court has annulled the provisions in two legal acts that allow the employer to retire an employee in an unilateral decision without having to justify the reasons for termination of the contract if the employee meets the conditions for old-age retirement.
