Mercator Supervisory Board Dismisses Pregl

Ljubljana, 2 October - MERCATOR/SUPERVISORY/BOARD/PREGL
The Mercator Business System's supervisory board voted 12-0, with four abstentions, to dismiss Chairman of the Board Kazimir Živko Pregl and Member of the Board Alojz Klemenčič. The supervisory board elected Zoran Jankovič, former supervisory board member, Mercator's new Chairman of the Board. Aleš Čerin and Stanislav Brodnjak kept their posts as members of the Board, Mercator reported.
