Succession Talks to Focuss on the Date When Yugoslavia Disintegrated

Ljubljana, 3 October - The Slovene delegation for succession to the former Yugoslavia and Sir Arthur Watts, the international mediator in the issue, are to hold a meeting in Brussels on Monday, 6 October. This meeting will open another round of bilateral talks between Sir Arthur and the delegations of the successor nations to the former Yugoslavia.
