Privredna banka Zagreb Takes Nova Ljubljanska banka to Court
Ljubljana, 5 October - BANKS/LAWSUIT/ZAGREB
A trial against two Slovene banks, Ljubljanska banka and Nova Ljubljanska banka Ljubljana, will start on 6 October before the Zagreb Trade Court, STA learnt from banking sources. The case involves 15 lawsuit in 15 different currencies in the total value of 10 billion Slovene tolars or about 110 million German marks. The amount with interest totals over SIT 13 billion or DM 140 million.
