Japan's Keidanren Business Association Visits Slovenia
Ljubljana, 6 October - JAPAN/BUSINESS/VISIT
A nine-member delegation from Japan's leading business association Keidenran will arrive in Slovenia on Tuesday evening in the framework of its tour through eight Central and Eastern European countries. The delegation headed by Keidanren Vice-Chairman Hirotaro Higuchi will be received on Wednesday by President Milan Kučan and Prime Minister Janez Drnovšek. It will also hold meetings with Minister of Economic Relations and Development Marjan Senjur and Minister of Economics Metod Dragonja, and attend a business conference at Slovenia's Chamber of Economy. The talks will focus on Slovenia's transition to market economy and expansion of bilateral economic cooperation.
