D&B Yet to Upgrade Slovenia's Risk Factor

Although Slovenia has advanced from 38th to 36th place in Euromoney's semi-annual corporate risk assessment scale, emerging as the leading country in transition, it has seen its position unchanged on a similar scale prepared monthly by Britain's Dun&Bradstreet agency. Announcing a change in Slovenia's risk factor as early as August, D&B lists a number of factors speaking against the upgrade.
