Večer says Slovenian fuel retail market non-functional

Ljubljana, 6 May - Fuel retail prices have expectedly gone up, but the reason for this is not the government's decision not to extend the decree with which it temporarily mitigated the consequences of the real problem - which is the non-functioning of the Slovenian fuel retail market, the newspaper Večer says in Friday's commentary.
