Fewer students enrol in tertiary education

Ljubljana, 7 May - Just over 81,700 students enrolled in tertiary education for the 2021/2022 academic year, a 1.2% decrease over the previous academic year, and almost 13,000 enrolled for the first time, show the latest data released by the national Statistics Office (SURS). Slightly more than 16,600 students completed their tertiary studies in 2021.
