Slovenia, Croatia to Continue Free Trade Talks

Negotiation teams of Slovenia and Croatia to work out a bilateral free trade agreement will hold their fourth meeting in Zagreb, Croatia, on Tuesday. The teams will attempt to finalize the entire text of the agreement, except the part on agricultural concessions as teams for agricultural products will meet on Thursday, 16 October, government advisor Metka Jerina told STA. Both Slovenia and Croatia want to sign the free-trade agreement as soon as possible in order to start using it on 1 January 1998, Jerina said.
