Curtain falling on intensive government term

Ljubljana, 13 May - The 26-month term of the Janez Janša government is formally ending today as it transitions to caretaker role. The term was marked by the Covid-19 pandemic, emergency sessions and rule-by-decree, as well as by clashes with NGOs, media outlets, unions and other groups. The government is meanwhile highlighting good economic indicators.
