CEO Secretary General To Visit Slovenia

Secretary General of the Council of Europe, Daniel Tarschys will start a two-day visit to Slovenia on Thursday. He is scheduled meetings with Foreign Minister Boris Frlec, Parliament Speaker Janez Podobnik and Premier Janez Drnovšek in Ljubljana on Thursday and a meeting with President Milan Kučan later in the day in Maribor, eastern Slovenia. On Friday, Tarschys will speak at the opening of a Council of Europe Information and Documentation Centre in Maribor, the ministry of foreign affairs reported.
