CEO Secretary General Tarchys Meets Slovenia's Foreign Minister

Council of Europe Secretary General Daniel Tarschys, on a two-day visit to Slovenia, met with Slovenia's Foreign Minister Boris Frlec on Thursday morning. In a statement after the talks that he called "very good, Tarchys said Slovenia was a very active member of the Council of Europe playing a leading role in formulating its social and cultural policies.
