Sicilian life photos by Letizia Battaglia on show at Jakopič Gallery
Ljubljana, 24 May - Photographs by Letizia Battaglia (1935-2022), a prominent Italian photojournalist, will be put on show at the Ljubljana Jakopič Gallery on Tuesday in an exhibition that will be the first to be mounted after her death. Battaglia, famous for her shots of Sicilian life, especially the Mafia wars, had been involved in the curation of the show.
