Slovene Foreign Minister Frlec to Attend Ministerial Meeting on Albania

Slovenia's Foreign Minister Boris Frlec is to participate on Friday in a one-day ministerial conference on Albania in Rome, Italy, the Slovene Foreign Ministry reported Thursday. The meeting of ministers is to focus on the economic situation in Albania as well as on the process of democratization after the June election. One of the meeting's objectives is to reach agreement on when to begin with the implementation of rehabilitation programmes designed by IMF and the World Bank to boost the Albanian economy.
